WhereFair stores meetup session details, participant display names, area labels, optional notes, timestamps, and secure token hashes for private edits.

No account is required in the MVP and raw token values are never stored at rest.

Past plans are retired by the scheduled cleanup flow after the meetup date and grace period have passed.
